Can I return or exchange my tickets?2022-02-18T21:12:17-05:00

We cannot exchange tickets under any circumstances. Tickets must be repurchased if you would like to come to a different show.

Tickets can be returned and reimbursed 10 days before their show date. The request must be made via email at wiggleroommtl@gmail.com and accompanied with a copy of your ticket and/or receipt.

Something has come up and I can’t attend a show I’ve purchased tickets to. Can I get a refund/exchange?2022-02-18T21:18:16-05:00

Cancellations on the night of a show will not be eligible for a refund (see our refund policy). If you find you’re unable to attend a show, we kindly ask that you send us an email at wiggleroommtl@gmail.com or message us on our social media @wiggleroommtl informing us of the change

We play no part in running the burlesque classes. However they are run in our space by Arabesque Burlesque. More information on the different kinds of burlesque classes they run can be found at www.arabesqueburlesque.com.

I bought multiple tickets for one group. Will we be seated together?2022-02-18T21:16:44-05:00

Due to our seating arrangements, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to seat your group together, though we’ll do our best under the right circumstances. If your group purchased under one transaction you do not need to contact us with names, however if your group purchased separately we will need a list of names at least 24 hours in advance once tickets are purchased so we know to seat your group together.

We sell group tickets; the group size on your ticket indicates the number of seats you will purchase (one “Group of 2” ticket gives you 2 seats, two “Group of 2” tickets give you 4 seats, one “Group of 6” tickets gives you 6 seats, etc.)

We don’t like to guarantee specific places, as our pre-arranged seating chart depends largely on group sizes. Please respect our system and understand that you won’t always get the table that you want.

Yes, but we ask that your group arrives no later, as latecomers are at risk of having their table given away (should we be very busy that night) so the show can start on time. If you find yourselves running late, we ask that you please let us know by phone, email or social media message and we’ll make sure to hold onto your reservation.

Ticket purchase ensures a reservation. You are not required to reserve your spot over the phone or by email. However, if your group purchased separately we will need a list of names at least 24 hours in advance once tickets are purchased so we know to seat your group together.

Do I need to buy tickets online to attend a show at The Wiggle Room or can I buy tickets at the door?2022-02-18T21:11:15-05:00

Most of our tickets are exclusively sold online. If a show is sold out online, you can reach out to us via phone, email or social media to inquire about possibly buying tickets in person and/or being added to our waitlist. However, we highly recommend making an online reservation as early as two weeks in advance as our shows tend to sell out quickly.
